Delphi Version 5

Delphi 5 is the latest version of Borland's Windows programming environment, ideal for creating self-contained Windows applications and for developing applications for the Internet. It incorporates all the features of earlier versions but adds a number of new capabilities, with particular emphasis in Internet compatibility.
